Shipping

For orders in the U.S., we ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We ship International orders via USPS First Class International Mail.

Standard shipping for orders inside the contiguous U.S. will take 7-10 business days. International orders will usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

If you are inside the contiguous U.S., shipping is $5.00. If you are outside the contiguous U.S., shipping is $10.00.

Please note that all international orders are shipped USPS First Class International at a flat rate of $10 unless specifically arranged otherwise.          

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

We are a one woman shop but I will do my best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Defective items must be received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our Downloadable products sales are final and are non returnable.
